Our technological strengths
One of our company's most important strengths is our short lead time, flexible customer service, and the professional surface treatment of complex geometry, high-precision, and large-sized aluminum components. Our technological background also makes it possible to anodize custom-sized workpieces for which only a few domestic service providers have the appropriate capacity.
Our general anodizing (natural and hard anodizing) tank size is 1200 × 1000 × 1250 mm (length × width × height). In addition, by applying custom technological solutions, we also undertake the surface treatment of larger components.
One of the outstanding competitive advantages of our business is that, thanks to our technological capabilities and experience, we are also able to anodize large-scale aluminum workpieces. Our equipment is capable of surface treating aluminum rings up to 3500 mm in diameter, which is a technical capability available to only a limited number of providers on the domestic and international markets.
This enables us to undertake the surface treatment of unique and special industrial components as well, which, due to their size, require a special technological background and significant professional expertise. This allows us to serve a broader range of customer needs and enables us to execute projects that are either not feasible or only achievable to a limited extent for anodizing plants with traditional capacities.
